Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using DrawSkills ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and DrawSkills ("we", "our", or "us").

2. Description of Service

DrawSkills is an AI-powered drawing coach application. The App allows you to:

  • Receive a personalized daily drawing challenge.
  • Follow a structured skill tree of art fundamentals tailored to your progress.
  • Submit photos of your sketches and receive AI critique on proportion, perspective, shading, and construction.
  • Track your progress in a digital sketchbook gallery and daily streak.

3. Account Registration

To use DrawSkills, you must create an account using a valid email address or through Apple or Google sign-in. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete registration information.
  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • All activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use the App.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

DrawSkills offers both free and premium ("Pro") tiers:

  • The free tier provides limited daily challenges and basic AI feedback.
  • The Pro subscription unlocks daily adaptive challenges, unlimited AI critiques, full skill tree progression, and high-res gallery backup.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly through the Apple App Store. Prices are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use DrawSkills to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or its AI systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App’s servers, networks, or infrastructure.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the App outside of its intended interface.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, AI models, branding, and all related materials, is owned by DrawSkills and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create (the drawings and sketch photos you upload), but grant us a limited license to process and store it as necessary to provide the service.

7. AI-Generated Content

DrawSkills uses AI services to generate drawing critique, prompts, and suggestions. While we strive to provide helpful and compassionate content, AI-generated material may occasionally be inaccurate or not fully suited to your situation. You acknowledge that:

  • AI responses are provided for educational and self-improvement purposes only and do not constitute professional art instruction.
  • You are solely responsible for how you interpret and act on AI-generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DrawSkills and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, at our sole discretion, is harmful to other users or the service. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen within the App. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
