DrawSkills ("we", "our", or "us") is an AI-powered drawing coach application. • Account information: your email address, display name, and authentication credentials when you sign up or log in (including via Google or Apple sign-in).
• Drawing data: the photos of your sketches you submit, your daily challenge responses, and skill progress you generate through the app.
• Usage analytics: anonymized interaction data such as screens viewed and features used, collected via PostHog to improve the app experience.
• Device information: device type, operating system, and push notification tokens to deliver reminders and notifications.
• Subscription data: purchase and subscription status to provide premium features.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide the core service: your submitted sketch photos are processed by AI Vision to generate personalized drawing critique and next challenges.
• To manage your account, authenticate your identity, and maintain your subscription status.
• To send you push notifications such as daily drawing prompt reminders, when enabled.
• To analyze usage patterns and improve app performance, reliability, and features.
• To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or misuse.

4. Third-Party Services

DrawSkills relies on the following third-party services that may process your data according to their own privacy policies:

• Supabase: cloud database and authentication (stores your account and journey data).
• OpenAI: AI vision and language model provider (processes your submitted sketch photos to generate drawing critique).
• PostHog: product analytics (collects anonymized usage data).
• Expo / Apple Push Notification Service: push notification delivery.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored in secure cloud infrastructure. Your personal drawing data is treated with the utmost care and confidentiality.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings screen. Upon account deletion, your data is permanently removed from our systems.

7. Your Rights

8. Children’s Privacy

DrawSkills is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, please contact us so we can promptly remove it.
